Steinbrenner & Nyberg

On my way home from Halmstad, I thought I should also give the test-winning “semla” from Steinbrenner & Nyberg a try following my approval of the more experimental cinnamon version at Fröken Olssons on Sunday. Like Göteborgsposten, I am willing to give this one top scores, and I also liked that it was kind of proportional and not that oversized. Did anyone say first-world problems?
