Knusprig

After supervising my PhD student Kalle over Teams, I went for a lovely lunch run around Skatås in the sun. With lots of fresh snow on the trails, I really regret having left my skis in Kiruna, but I hope to make up for that over Easter when we are back in the High North. At least, my risk of injuring myself is probably less when I run so that is a positive.

For dinner tonight, I was thrilled to discover that Meinklang from Burgenland has released a 25 cl bottle with my favourite Grüner Veltliner grape. Though perhaps not the best I have tasted, I would still give it a solid 3 out of 5.
