Crudo

With their prices fixed for now, Systembolaget has a few really good bargains in these inflationary times. One is the Sicilian white wine “Crudo” made with the grape Muscat of Alexandria or “Zibibbo” as it is known on Sicily. Retailing at 43 SEK for a half bottle, I fear the price will go up quite a bit in the fall when the producer is once again allowed to make changes to the pricing. For now, I am enjoying it with an Italian potato salad as I wrap a full day of grading exams.
