Cobblestones
For the
second day in a row, I took Eddie out for a morning ride on his bike, with me
jogging alongside and showing him the surroundings of his new home. Unlike
yesterday, when we got completely soaked by the rain, today’s run was just
perfect, taking us down to the cobblestones of Haga and back along the river
for a total of 11 kilometres.
Running in the original version of the Hoka Rincons – which I have otherwise mostly used for racing – it was tempting to pick up the pace. But I have promised myself not to do anything that might delay the healing of my right calf. As for healing more generally, Anna is on the mend, even if her neck remains very stiff and limits her mobility.
