Vertical farming

Few things can melt the heart of an ecomodernist as much as seeing that the pea shoots at COOP were grown in a vertical farm. Making a parsnip soup with Italian bacon as an additional topping besides the pea shoots, I found another bottle of that highly quaffable chardonnay from Adelaide Hills after this long day in the snow.
