Remmarlöv

Just outside of Eslöv, not far from where my grandmother grew up, a new microbrewery has popped up, making “Skånsk Pilsner”. Together with an Aegean-Mexican crossover with spices from “El Taco Truck”, I arrived at the most delicious postmodern creation just as the snow started falling again.
