Delsjö canoeing

After last summer’s wild weather paddling, today was like a summer fairytale with blue skies as Eddie and I returned to Delsjön for a couple of hours of canoeing this afternoon.

Otherwise, the big event today has been Parkrun with William where he set a new PR in 25 minutes and 56 seconds, or about two minutes faster than last time around. If he continues to develop as a runner, I have no doubt that he will soon be faster than me.
