Carb loading
It is 10 am
on Saturday morning and it is -8 degrees outside. In about 14 hours I will
start the #ultraintervalchallenge so right now I am preparing a hearty Italian
lunch, Gennaro Contaldo-style, as a form of carb loading. For tomorrow, I have
also stocked up on blueberries and maple syrup since I think I will be making one or two pancakes before the day is over...
Right now, the weather forecast suggests that it will get milder overnight but with some heavy snowfall in the morning hours. Perhaps it would be fun to make a Youtube video in order to document the upcoming madness, what do you guys think?
