Real bad lookin'

With the rain starting to fall, I made my new signature dish, mango salmon Kerala-style, today slightly less spicy but with fresh cilantro and lots of ripe mango. Though I normally consider myself a “terroiriste” (despite all my universalist inclinations), in this case, I must say that the hyper-rationalist Gothenburg-based company “Wine Mechanics” has nailed it with their Chenin Blanc, sold for a limited time only by Systembolaget in a can (of course).
