Krabbelurer

Despite my fascination with everything pancake-related, I had never heard of “krabbelurer” until I read about them in SvD Junior last night with Eddie. There I was presented with a number of further unknown names, including “skrabbelucker”, “kaffeplättar” and “hönsafeser” for this mix of pancakes and sponge cake. How all of this could possibly have evaded me for 43 years is simply beyond me.

As for the result? I do not know, maybe not that remarkable but cinnamon is always good :-)
