Oven roasting kale for a salmon and blueberry salad, I am uncertain if a #småparti bottle with Vinho Verde is enough to bring sunshine to the Iberian Peninsula forecast in time for next weekend. Right now, it looks like there will be heavy rain throughout, to an extent that the race may even end up being cancelled. Still, as I said to Anna on our morning run through Skatås, what really matters is all the training that I have been motivated to do this winter thanks to the Bandolerita ultra marathon rather than the race itself.

After taking the kids to laser tag, I was able to get 5k of indoor rowing done as well so now I am almost ready to pack my bags for Spain. Starting in Málaga, Sofi and I will first head up to Ronda for one night before staying two nights out on a farm in Las Abiertas for the race. With our return SAS flight first on Sunday night, I will at least not have to stress about having a flight to catch out the course. Still, I really hope to be able to finish before midnight, especially if it has been raining all day.
