Hauptgang
Following
up on my Swiss flight, I decided to recreate the same potato gnocchi with
spinach and roasted cherry tomatoes together with the incredible white wine Solosole
Vermentino from a bit outside Livorno. Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose.
