In the universe of blogs, supply seems to well exceed demand.

Though friends frequently have asked me to join them in the noble art of blogging, I feel reluctant to do so without a clear vision or purpose. So, by settling for something far less grandiose, I intend to use this page to irregularly publish some research notes, travel diaries and political reflections.
